I'm Jennifer Lee, founder of JLC Life Sciences. My career has taken me from early clinical development to pivotal trials and registration, working in both large pharmaceutical companies and smaller biotech organizations.

I’ve built development functions, managed global programs and budgets, and worked through difficult decisions about teams, vendors, and where to keep investing. My work has contributed to nine FDA approvals.

I’ve learned to look beyond the problem described in the first meeting. A slow study may involve site relationships, an unrealistic plan, unclear responsibilities, or a vendor arrangement that needs to change. The useful answer comes from understanding how the work fits together.
